STATELINE, NV – The Tahoe Knight Monsters, proud ECHL Affiliate of the NHL’s Vegas Golden Knights and the AHL’s Henderson Silver Knights, announced today the signing of forward Cam Hausinger.
Hausinger comes to the Knight Monsters after spending last season with the Greenville Swamp Rabbits and Toledo Walleye, combining for 31 points (15g-16a) in 64 games between the two teams.
A native of Anchorage, Alaska, Hausinger is an ECHL veteran, having appeared in 272 games in the league over his career with Toledo, Greenville, Indy, Florida, and Wheeling. In those games, Hausinger scored 146 points (66g-80a).
The 5-foot-10 forward also comes in with 13 games of American Hockey League experience, appearing in games for the Milwaukee Admirals, Iowa Wild, and Chicago Wolves over the course of his career.
Prior to turning pro, Hausinger played five seasons in the Western Hockey League for the Saskatoon Blades, Red Deer Rebels, and Kootenay Ice, racking up 161 points (68g-93a) in 317 career WHL games.
Hausinger joins defenseman Bobby Russell as the two veterans currently on Tahoe’s roster.
The Knight Monsters open the 2026-27 season at home on Friday, October 23, as they take on the New Mexico Goatheads at Tahoe Blue Event Center.
