Collins, 35, returns for a second season with the Knight Monsters after totaling nine points (4g. 5a) with 60 penalty minutes in 70 games played last season.
“We are thrilled that Anthony has decided to stay with the Knight Monsters for another season,” said Knight Monsters Head Coach Alex Loh. “Anthony was a major part of our success in our inaugural season so having him back in Tahoe for next season is going to help immensely. Anthony is a big part of the team both on and off the ice. I can't wait to get started again in October.”
The 6-4, 216-pound winger has established himself as a tough and veteran leader during his 12 seasons of professional hockey, totaling 97 points (37g, 60a) with 1,108 penalty minutes in 608 career ECHL games split in stints with Tahoe, Savannah, Atlanta, Kalamazoo, Norfolk, Rapid City, Quad City, Indy, Kansas City and South Carolina.
